Claims:

Report a claim
Please Email us promptly to provide us with the details of the loss and how it occurred.  5O7-358-261O or 77O-2OO-8OOO

You will receive a return Email acknowledging that we have received the reported claim and attaching the appropriate claims form within one business day. We will also confirm the coverage under the policy and advise you of any deductible that applies.


Let us know about the claim
Submit the completed claim form electronically.   You must complete a form in full and may be required to provide supporting documentary evidence.

You will receive a return Email acknowledging that we have received the completed claims form.

By the next business day, one of our claim advisors will review the claims form and initiate the claims process. They will become your dedicated claims advisor and will oversee the progress of the claim throughout and resolve any issues you may have.

They may need to call you for more details once you have submitted the claims form, so it is important that you advise us when and where you can be contacted.

Resolving the claim
As soon as we have all the information required we immediately begin initiating our investigation. We will always work towards settling claims as quickly, and accurately as possible.
