Network Security Protection can include all or portions of the following protection:

Data
Data stored on your computer, server or the Web.  Covering the costs to restore, replace or recreate lost data.  Liability protection if your business is sued because of a data loss.

Internet Media Liability
Provides advertising and webcasting liability, coverage for defacement, copyright and trademark infringement and invasion of privacy arising out of material displayed via the web in the course of business.

Internet Liability for Professionals
Covers a broad definition of liability claims brought against you or your organization for errors and omissions with regards to internet and network professional liability.  Coverage is tailored to be sensitive to the unique demands and character of your business or services.

Security liability
In case a lawsuit is brought against you, this coverage protects your from claims arising out of a failure of the insured's security resulting in computer attacks, unauthorized use or access, disclosure of confidential or private information, transmission of a computer virus or denial of service attack from your server.

Cyber Extortion
Provides coverage for both the investigation and settlement of cyber-extortion demands made against the insured.  (for an interesting example of cyber-extortion contact us to hear more about this coverage.  This coverage was created because it became apparent that it is quicker and easier to respond to an extortion demands then to try and recover from a malicious intruder...one high profile company ceased operations because of an attack)

Income and Asset Protection
Provides coverage for property losses involving electronic data and information assets such as credit card numbers and customer lists.  Also provides coverage for lost revenues resulting from the interruption of the insured's online business caused by a failure of security.

Cyber Terrorism
Provides coverage and protection that responds to acts committed by recognized terrorist organizations, or acts recognized by the US Government as acts of terrorism.
